We were referred to NEXUSsoft Pty Ltd by an associate in 2021. Like many businesses in regional Australia, we have diversified but complementary business units. We manufacture stock feed and nutritional supplements, we have our own transport and logistics division, we manufacture and distribute livestock feeding systems and we provide in field consulting services related to livestock nutrition.

We have been in business since 1994, and in that time, we have tried many systems to improve our efficiency, reduce errors and wastage, and reduce key person risk. Operating from western Queensland we have also had our fair share of challenges finding and keeping the right staff and making sure that our system made it easier to train new staff in the way that we want to serve our customers.

As a result, Top Country needed a solid Enterprise, Resource, Planning software program that would handle our entire process from Weighbridge integration, Nutritional data, Ration and Supplement recipe data, right through to communication with automated mixing and bagging, logistics’ in and out and accounts integration with Xero providing a unified solution.

From day 1, we were impressed by the NEXUSsoft team – they actually met with us on site in Roma and took the time to observe and understand the challenges that we were facing. From then on, we have found the NEXUSsoft team to be approachable, curious about how and why we do the things we do, and totally committed to helping us improve the system as our business changes and grows. We cannot believe the difference it has made to our business. Top Country is in fact so impressed with our total NEXUS soft experience we are currently implementing the system into our sister company, Smarter Nutrition.
